H.    No Waiver.  Other than as expressly established forth in these Terms or any Additional Phrases: (i) no failure or hold off by you or PharmaCann in doing exercises any of rights, powers, or cures hereunder will work as being a waiver of that or another ideal, energy, or remedy, and (ii) no waiver or modification of any time period of those
